Michał "Osa" Osowski
Born 1990. 10+ years in IT product management (not counting overtime). 9+ mobile and web apps launched to market. 3 employee-of-the-month-ish awards and 2 nominations across 4 consecutive companies. Make sure you add me on LinkedIn.
I’ve co-created software in large tech organizations (Allegro), mid-size firms (Currenda), and startups — both VC-backed (Fourthwall) and bootstrapped. And yes, even at an NGO. My experience covers roles ranging from Product Director and Lead Product Manager to Product and Project Manager, Product Owner, consultant, co-founder, and investor.
About Memos
After completing the umpteenth project I noticed I keep adding value with the very same set of rules, catchphrases, and anecdotes: Every Pro Has Its Cons. Check the Other Cab. Death to Internal Emails. I share them in Memos.

Memos is a weekly newsletter featuring a short column (~8-minute read) illustrating one of roughly 70 principles I rely on at work. The latest issues include my hand-drawn illustrations. I hope the pieces make life simpler and brighten the day of anyone engaged in knowledge work or – like me before the third coffee – hoping to start doing so.
Most of the solutions I describe aren’t originally mine. I learned them from my mentor and from (variously motivated) coworkers. I’m grateful for every lesson I can now pass on to you and my teams.
